Help identify country of origin and age
This beaker has only parcial hallmarks due to wear, and has a monogram engraved on the front. I originally thought it was from London, but after going through a lot of older London marks the crown is usully spiked not rounded. The letters are RC with MEF underneath. Any help would be appreciated as I have exausted every resource.
