Hammered Rose Ring Unknown Signature

I purchased this ring about 10 years ago at an estate sale near Athens, GA. Therefore I'm assuming it's an American Ring.
I think I have looked at all the american signature marks and could not identify it. I actually can't make-out what the signature is. I can't read the tiny marks. There are also two dots on the ring, I'm unsure if they are intentional or not, but I thought I would include them.
