Re: help with marks on enamel card case?
Hi Ag
I could not get a clear image of makers mark . All i could make out were the letters G S. which happen to be my initials. The letters were not in a square or triangle just the letters and other small marks that i could not make out.
I have loaded a very blurry image that is probably no help. I looked at it today at an auction preview. I am considering buying it.

The cartouche with cut angles is reminiscent of Hoopoe head 1= (silver fineness .935) used in Austria after 1922.
