The mark in the middle is Italy, Turin late 18th century 950/1000 fineness (I think already under French influence) what shows the mark on the left too, which I cannot identify. Tardy shows on page 293 a mark which looks very similar to that one on the right, telling that it was introduced in 1935 for silverware in stock

Thank you for the info silverfan, led me to the hallmark from Kingdom of Sardinia-hallmark on the right may be a French import mark?

Turin was the capital of the Kingdom of Savoia. The mark on the right is not a French Import mark. For further clarification I recommend to ask member amena who has special knowledge in Italian silver.

P.S.
Hi Stewnsb
A small clarification.
The crowned eagle with the cross was used from 1824 to 1872.
Chambéry, however, that belonged to the kingdom of Sardinia, was ceded to France in 1860, with the whole Savoy.
The mark of Antoine Marchand, on your cutlery, is very well struck.
Could you post it in bigger size for my collection?
Thanks
