``D Hammer A`` mark stands for Dansk Arbedje (Danish product).
It was introduced by a Danish trade association founded in 1908 to promote Danish made products.Therefore, not associated with any maker and found both on silver and silver plate.
As explained above it`s Danish 2 tower silver plate mark.
