Hi,
Two small rectangular mark on the lid are French ``weevil`` import marks for silver minimum 800 fineness, used 1893-1984.

Hi members
This box is not Guilloche enamel,It may be enamel painted, Guilloche enamel is when the base under the enamel is engine turned with a intricate design and then enameled so that the engine turned base can be seen through the (clear) enamel.I am not sure about the marks,but I agree with Dendriet that the marks might not be right, also the quality of the painting and the colours do not look Austria or German to me.
