Silver Bracelet Very Strange Marks, Help please - 2ND TRY

Sorry! posted photos incorrectly the first try):

I've been driving myself a bit crazy researching the marks on this bracelet. Not only can I not identify the maker, I cannot determine where? why? the fineness marks for sterling & 14K (UFJ ST for sterling) (UF 14K for 14K) appear as they do. Can anyone help?? Thanks:)!!

There are a number of references on the web but I find little information about the company
