Nicely Marked & Unusual Hammered Spoon..Please Help Iden

Hello, I am new to this forum, but not new to the site. I hope I am posting in the correct area. Well, here goes. These are the marks:

Hi mr karl,
Welcome to the Forum, not sure who made your spoon but it was assayed in Sheffield in 1995, hope this helps.

Hello. Don't know much about them, but Isle of Wight uses that mark.
