Hello. Can't see the marks very well. Looks like a lion passant not a lion rampart to me. Check here:

Courtman Silver Ltd. of Birmingham used a mark similar to the CSL mark in a clover that you describe.
Their mark had a small D next to the L.
Entered in Birmingham and London.
In business during the 2nd half of the 20th century.
