W H Rogers knife with unknown pattern

This twisted handle master butter knife has the oval "W H Rogers" mark on the reverse of the handle. The center bears his name, with the 1911 US Supreme Court required disclaimer "Not Connected With The Original Rogers" around the outside. I have found some WH Rogers patterns, but not this one. Anyone know the pattern?
