::::: Possibly the mark for "BM Co" which is Breadner Manufacturing of Quebec Canada founded 1903 and while they are listed as primarily makers of silver-plate I am only familiar with their sterling hallmark, I can't recall ever seeing their silver-plate hallmark, the spoon has a certain quality to the metal that makes me believe it is silver plate. ::::::
