A strange mark

today I saw at auction a dish that the seller claims is Russian.

I have never seen the mark in the center before.
Can anyone give me information on this?

Hi Amena,
The mark in PL is unknown maker in Kyiv 1892 - after 1908. Before 1892 the mark was associated with Moscow assay office. After 1908 (your mark) there is a letter H for Hаследники (heirs).
Kyiv coat of arms is on the right.
