I ask for help in identification.
on the ring there is "CJ" and a dog's head with the number 3.

I think it`s Hungary after 1936. Small works .800 indicated by number 3 in front of dog`s head. No assay office code letter.

Perhaps the name of the master will help reduce this time period somewhat. I would like to understand whether the ring was made before 1945 or after the Second World War.

I opt for the period before or during WWII, although the maker is unknown to me. It`s unlikely the ring with skull motif was made in nationalized workshops under Soviet occupation.
