This silver spoon from 1762 has had a restauration in the past. That's why all Hallmarks are vanished except 1. I do not recognize this one if it is a city hallmark or a makers halmark or? I am curious for your response...

Perhaps part of a maker's mark. Actually you can't say anything meaningful about this, it's pure guesswork.
