Bochnia, Galizien, today Poland.
Die Punzirung in Oesterreich. Geschichtliche Studie
Carl Knies, Karl Knies
(I have seen Bochnia mark with letter R elsewhere).

What looks like ``R`` is probably just poorly cut mark; on top is ``13`` and ``B`` in circle.

I'm a bit doubtful about it being a B, more likely an R for Kosice/Kaschau (in Slovakia in these days). The maker is unknown to me, sorry.

Qrt.S good day.
Please tell me where to see that the letter R is Kosice/Kaschau?
I found such a publication in Polish literature.
It is attributed to the Zalishchyky(Ukraine)

Dear Qrt.S!
I checked the page you mentioned.
I guess you are wrong if you think this silver box made between 1866-1921
Best regards!

@ Krisztián

I don't "think" anything, the year on the punch is 1877, the letter is R and it was used in Kaschau 1866-1921 (in the mentioned source). Sorry my good man but a "guess" is not an answer. You are the expert in this area. Kindly tell me what is not in place.

Moreover, mind my saying but the letter is definitely not B. I don't know who the maker is but if you Krisztián can identify the maker and place him better, I will withdraw my statement immediately.

The year is obviously 1787.
I agree with solo, the town could be Zaleszczyki,
I don't have any sources about Galician goldsmiths.
Best regards!
