Help identifying longhorn ring

Hi everyone! First time here. I purchased this silver ring with a longhorn and was hoping with some help identifying the signature. There are 2 engravings inside the band of the ring. There is a sort of W with a loop on the inner left, I figure that is the signature of the silversmith. The right side has the initials JRH, which I'm guessing are for the original owner of the ring.
