Henry B. Frazier, employed by The Webster Co., North Attleboro, and Miss Freda L. Olson, who has been employed by the R. F. Simmons Co., were married at the Universalist parsonage last Thursday evening. They were the recipients of many beautiful gifts of silver, glass, linen, pictures, etc., from their associates.

The Webster Co. Relief Association held its annual meeting last Monday evening in the Knights of Columbus hall. Frank Batchelder was elected president of the association. During the past year the association distributed over $500 in sick benefits. The treasurer's report showed a gratifying balance on hand.

A relief association has been formed at the factory of the Webster Co. with a membership of 150. A committee has been appointed to draft a set of by-laws and to arrange for the election of officers. This is the third shop to form relief associations, and in the other two, W. G. Clark & Co. and the H. F. Barrows Co., the associations are reported to be in a flourishing condition.

Among the jewelers having exhibits of Massachusetts-made products at the exposition arranged by the Associated Industries of Massachusetts, Copley Plaza Hotel and the Westminster, the week of Oct. 19, were the Whiting & Davis Co., gold mesh bags; Webster Co., sterling silverware; Towle Mfg. Co., sterling silver; R. F. Simmons Co., gold chains; Russell Albert & Sons, bronze tablets, and the Moore Pen Co.

Donald Sutherland was most thoroughly surprised last Wednesday noon time when the employes of the office and packing room of The Webster Co., tendered him a miscellaneous shower in honor of his approaching marriage which takes place in September.

Mrs. Clara Fregoll, for several years a member of the packing room force of the Webster Co., died suddenly Tuesday morning, May 22, at her apartments in the Badaraceo building, from acute indigestion. She had worked the previous day, but was taken ill during the night.

William Joyce, for several years employed by the Webster Co., has been appointed a regular patrolman and began his duties the past week. Before leaving the factory the other day, Mr. Joyce was presented a fine watch by his shopmates, the presentation being made by Charles Maguire.

Wallace D. Kenyon, president and treasurer of the Webster Co., at North Attleboro; his wife, Mrs. Mildred W. Kenyon, and their daughter, Miss Ann W. Kenyon, were the honor winners at the Third Annual Horse Show of the Jacobs Hill Hunt Club on Saturday. On a sodden field that made jumping hazardous and repeatedly demanded sterling bits of horsemanship to avert severe tumbles, the club presented its sparkling review before packed grandstands. Among the numerous handsome and beautiful prizes were trophies offered by the Tilden-Thurber Corp., Mr. and Mrs. Asbel T. Wall, Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Kenyon. The President’s Trophy event, restricted to members of the club, was captured by Mr. Kenyon’s princely mount, Neighbor. Mrs. Kenyon succeeded in putting Sagacious, winner of the event in 1927, over the tops for third honors. Mr. Kenyon rode Neighbor in the final event of the day, for hunt teams of three hunters ridden one behind the other over jumps, taking second prize. Miss Ann W. Kenyon won three blue ribbons, one red and one yellow.
