Silver tray with a mark of a human hand

Post by Igormnk »

I have in my collection this tray.
It tested silver but I have no idea what is the purity is.
I have Miller's encyclopedia of silver marks but I was not able to find the similar hand mark as on this tray.
Is anyone can help to identify this item?

There’s only a few “Palm Hand” search references to check through, but here’s one that was linked to the letters “LC” (no images left for us): https://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopi ... nd#p160911

The others seem to describe marks that would differ from the style of yours, but maybe you’d want to read them for your own satisfaction. Use the search function with just those two words.

Reversed versions (indented palm/irregular borders) coupled with added marks: https://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopi ... 5b#p220381
