Hi, welcome to the forum. Please embedded your images. Not Dutch but German, city of Hanau, pseudo marks of B. Neresheimer und Söhne. Pseudo mark 13 for silver fineness 13 Lot or 812/1000 but I guess the fineness will be 800/1000, the minimum national German silver fineness.

Hello, even though this bears a 13 for Lot I would not bet that this was actually made pre 1888. Have seen 12 and 13 on objects made by companies that did not even exist before the early 1900s. Regards, Bahner
