Just came across this early Toddy Ladle, but I am stumped as to the Hallmarks. I presume the Anchor is Birmingham but culd anyone confirm or correct me ? Sorry if I listed this in the wrong topic. Love this forum, you all have been so much help over the years, Thank you all !

Not Sheffield, it's a Scottish provincial mark. I think it's probably James Davie of Greenock.
