Sterling ring cameo - help with makers mark and cameo identification

I have a beautiful ring I found in a lot of jewelry I got several years ago. It is marked sterling but looks like it has some gold layering on the top portion.

Does the cameo picture look like anything

The makers make looks like a B crown M. , anyone know what this might be.

Ring looks old but the sterling mark is very clean to be to old any thoughts on age?
