Can You Please Help Identify This Portuguese Mark? Ty

Good Afternoon and I hope all is well. I have this ring that was made in Lisbon, but I am having a hard time try to identify the makers mark and I am hoping someone will be able to recognize the makers mark. It looks like a bell with sun rays on the top right and it has an S underneath. Thank you all for your responses in advance.
