Wire Cruet Set: Two Makers

Sterling frame, caps & spoon with glass components. Primary parts by {L&T.P} as L&TpelletP. Date code Roman {V} for 1920 or 1945. Spoon carries separate mark of {C.W}. Date code of small {d}. TIA

L&TP is L & T Powell whose Birmingham mark was registered April 1919. I have seen one previous example of this mark which had a 1926 hallmark so I think your date letter is lower case v for 1920. CW is Charles Wilkes and the spoon is dated 1901 so not the spoon which came with the cruet - if there was one.

Might these Powells have any familial relationship to earlier Birminham Powell names in the glass & metals area?
