Souvenir type, small. Pack mule with tools & dynamite box raised bowl design. Location of DENVER is engraved/scratched, possibly to customize a general design. Flower handle, but not decidedly Colorado Columbine image. Sterling stamp. Maker or jeweler mark of lone letter. A new one not recorded? TIA.
