There are very many possible candidates with makers mark 'AC' working in St.Petersburg in that time:
- Anders Johan Carlsson (1854-1885)
- Tamilon Sadnikov (1874)
- Alexander Andreevich Samoilov (1867-74)
- Alexander Svan (1867-74)
- Andrei Ferdinandovich Seppänen 1873-1908)
- Anton Sergeev (1874)
- Tamilon Sergeevich Silayev (1870-1927)
- A.Ya.Sokolov (1867-92)
- Arseny Yakovlevich Sokolov (1867-98)
- Alexander Stromov (1865-75)
- Assier Suelmann (1874).

What makes the spoon interesting is that is has a cyrillic 'E' with a count crown on top of it. This family name could thereby be able to be identified.

Sorry not cyrillic 'E' but I meant cyrillic 'Z'.
