Hi,

Are there any marks on the item? If so, they may prove to be a valuable clue.

The first coat of arms with royal orb is for the Swedish province Uppland and the second one resembles that of the neighboring province Västmanland although its not an exact match and could be for some other municipality etc. (or the engraver wasn't that skilled). The coronet is that of a Swedish duke (Sweden has only royal dukes) but it's also used by provinces. Swedish royal dukes would use a version of the royal coat of arms so the beaker doesn't have any royal connection but is probably some kind of provincial commemorative item.
