The first image, the first mark upside down is the gold and silver export anchor mark, which was used in Czechoslovakia from 1929 to 1941, was again used in the post-war period from 1949 until 1992, with no specific metal fineness represented by the mark.
Note the gold & silver export mark also used in Bohemia and Moravia, from war time period 1941-1949. Bohemia and Moravia, formerly a part of Czechoslovakia from 1919 to 1939, was a German occupied territory for the six years from 1939 to 1945, before again becoming part of Czechoslovakia.
