Silver jewish torah pointer, Josef Sosnkowski?

This silver torah pointer is marked with the marks of Josef Sosnkowski. I know that er also a lof of fake hallmarks, is this the case? Or is it really made by Josef Sosnkowski, Warsaw 1878?

Like to hear your opinion.

Josef Sosnkowski was never a maker, he was an assayer.
This torah pointer is definitely a fake.
