The mark at the right, perhaps upside down, is not the small Boar's head to right, the Dutch duty mark used 1831-1893. I believe neither the French Hare's head to right.
The mark W sword B, a little double struck, to me appears not to be a Dutch maker's mark. I will move you to other countries, hopefully someone will chime in with the relevant information.
:::::::: The middle "T" actually looks more like a sword so maybe we are looking for a W (sword) B hallmark. ::::::::: The second hallmark is enigmatic but perhaps someone will be able to decipher it, I was thinking possibly a rams head with a curled horn, I'm trying to enhance that image to see it better, hard for me to really get a good grasp on the actual image. ::::::::::::::::::::::::
::::::: all the WTB German hallmarks look different so it can't be Wilhelm but that was my thought process so it can be ruled out now. ::::::::
