Engelhard London Hallmarks?

Hi there,

I am hoping for some help identifying some hallmarks on an Engelhard Kilo bar. It looks like there is a .999, London hallmark, C for the assay year, and Queen Elizabeth duty mark? Sorry for my ignorance...
