Hallmark for Maria Semenova

Hallo,

I have here a kovsh with the hallmarks that would go with Maria Semenova. However, there is also the Imperial Warrant and as far as I know her workshop did not get this. Can I consider the warrant at a later addition (e.g. to increase the price) but the rest of the hallmarks as genuine? or should I take it all as forgery?
