Help ID'ing mark SE Sterling Copyright Possibly DC?

Need help Identifying this mark.
Looks like combined capital letters DC turned upright, SE Sterling and copyright stamp.
Modernist style ring. I have scoured the Trademark database and Worthpoint. Found 3 modernist style cuff bracelets with amethyst or onyx all with the same markings. Your help is appreciated!
