Need Help with Soviet Era Hallmarks
Any assistance in identifying the hallmarks for a Soviet era men’s gold ring would be greatly appreciated.

I would assume that 583 is 14K. 14/24=0.583.

This men's ring was made in the USSR at the Sverdlovsk Jewelry Factory in 1979, and then came to Poland, where it was tested with a national stamp. The insert is most likely jade
