Hi,
It looks like some kind of peeler to me, perhaps for oranges?
It must date pre 1940's as I believe the 'DRGM' (Deutsche Reichs Gebrauchsmuster) mark for design protection was discontinued around that time.

| Hello and yes, that is an orange peeler. Dates to late 1920ies until early 1940ies. The pattern seems to be an imitation of a BSF (Bremer Silberwaren Fabrik) pattern. Best wishes, Bahner |
