Tea Spoon maker

Please help me identify the maker for this set of 6 teaspoons
here's what I've found
Trefid, Hanoverian Rattail
Birmingham, 1933
9.4 cm
4 marks all clearly stamped on bowl back
TM: Anchor
SM: lion passant
DL: J
MM: B.B. over S.L.d in a shield

I've not found the maker, please help

The maker is Barker Brothers Silversmiths Ltd and the registered date I have for them in Birmingham is May 1927. They also marked in Chester and they were registered at 16 Constitution Hill, Birmingham. They were manufacturing silversmiths and were still in business in the 1960's.
