Service Cup at least circa 1860

Post by rmgar »

This cup belonged to my Great-Great-Great Uncle. I believe the inscription is in Danish dated 1860.

I took this cup to the "Antiques Roadshow" a few years ago and they could not identify the silver marks. They said they thought the piece was probably made in the 1700's not the 1800's.

Can anyone help me identify the maker and the actual year it was made?

Thanks,

This is not a Danish silver mark.
However the incription can be in danish - write letter by letter and I shall translate.
