James Wethered (Grimwade p.697) signed in 1701 to be his apprentice.
He was listed as Goldsmith in London Poll Books for 1710, 1722 and 1727, the latter showing his address as Clare Market.
He was assessed to Land Tax on property on the east side of Old Bailey until 1735. A new tenant was assessed on the property in 1736.
No later information has been found for him.
