Need help regarding maker's mark please

My Grandma has 2 sterling silver double candlesticks. The cups are removable and the marks are very plain. She is interested in finding out if they are worth anything. I apologize for the poor picture quality, this was taken with a camera phone. Hope it shows up.

It is by Emil Hermann of Waldstettin.
