ID help Please - makers mark on Christian Dior match holder

Hi,
Could anyone please ID the makers mark on this silverplate Dior match holder ?
It looks a bit like a 'tudor rose' with a C to the left & a rubbed initial to the right. There is also a 'fish' shape to one foot.
I've googled every combination of Christian Dior etc, but had no luck in finding this mark, any ideas greatly appreciated,
