Birmingham Binoculars

The hallmarks indicate these binoculars were made in Birmingham in 1893, but I can not find a "JP" in Birmingham at that time, unless it is the 'unidentified JP' noted in 1901. Advice appreciated.

Hello and welcome.

There was a Joseph Price in Birmingham around that time who used a JP mark.
May have been a retailer, not sure.
