HH mark, Chester - item form 1887

This is my first post on this forum. I'm writing from Poland. Could somebody help me with identification of this mark and maker? Photos attached below:

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That's Sheffield, not Chester, but your dating is correct, 1887.
Your bowl was made by Harrison Brothers & Howson.
