I have this little scoop. I presume it's for sugar, but might be for M&Ms. On the reverse is a mark I can't quite identify. Can anyone help?
It appears to be a small, gothic n, with a long downstroke on the right, followed by what might be the head of Mercury? Third is a lion walking right with a small 2 beneath him, and fourth is a four letter square, none of which letters I can really positively be sure of. It looks like D (blob) (Arrowhead) N (or H) to me.
I also don't know if it's silver, or just plate. HELP?

Your spoon is made of silver.
1) = Date mark letter h for 1867
2) = Minverva head or duty mark
3) = the Dutch Lion passant is silver purity or standard 2 = .833 fineness
4) = the Maker's mark, please try to make a better photo ( use macro function) and we might find a match.
