Help me please to identify the craftsman of my flatware, and could you tell me what is represented on the marker’s mark. Thank you.

Hi,
Initials GZ. for Gerritsen n.v. Nederland, Fabriek (Factory) van Gouden (Gold) en Zilveren (Silver) werken(works)
City of Amsterdam and Zeist, entery date 1908/1924
Well known Dutch silver and gold factory.

Forgot to mention, Gerritsen started a joined venture with a family member of van Kempen and became known as Gerritsen en van Kempen silver factory. Fierce competitor of Van Kempen & Begeer an other well known silver factory .
