Mystery mark incs. maltese cross HELP needed

Hi,
I wonder if anyone here can help me to identify this perculiar silver plate mark?
It has first a Maltese cross inside a square with a cut corner, then a mark which resembles a fake lion passant, also in a square with cut corners, then a mark I can only describe as a pair of feathers with a snake coming out from the middle, I guess this is designed to resemble a crown?? Then 2 square marks 1 with the letter T the other with the letter G.
The item in question is a spoon which is of good colour, very like silver. It is quite thin, and looks to be old but I really don't have a clue where to start!
