Taxco Serpent Ring Unknown Maker FBH?

Taxco Serpent Ring Unknown Maker FBH?
I have a coiled serpent ring with green stone eyes. The marks are the eagle with a 3, Taxco, and under it ME and under that what looks like the initials FBH and then 925. I can't find FBH anywhere. I don't have a website, so I can't post photos.
