Mystery Sterling Hallmark . . . Help?

OK this one has been driving me nuts for some time now.
Nice modern-looking sterling necklace.
Marked 'Sterling' on both horns . . . and a maker's mark is stamped above it. Sorry, these are the best pictures I can get of it. A really awkward spot to capture a decent pic.
Looks like a multi-leaf plant, flowering on top, rising out of a planter. Hard to make out, but the 'planter' would be right above 'Sterling' and the thing on the very tip appears to be a flower.
Any help with this one?
