I have an item that was given to me in the 1970s; supposedly from England. It is what I believe is an ink or pen tray with two, square inserts that hold cut glass, heavy ink wells with some kind of metal flip lids/tops. I can provide a photo but I'm new to this and didn't see where to do that. The markings underneath are: HA EA FA and then parallel EPNS and under the HA part, 3 plumes being held by a single hand and to the right of that, a small +. Any ideas? It also had little clawed feet on each corner of the stand which makes it sit up about 3/4" and there is a lattice work around the sides and back of the stand as well as the well sections. Thanks.
