Thomas Oades married Elizabeth Wiggett at St Leonard, Shoreditch in 1804; both were from that parish.
He was assessed to Land Tax on unidentified property in St Mary, Aldermanbury parish from 1805-7 then at Great Sutton Street, Clerkenwell from 1807-17 from where in 1813 he entered a mark at Goldsmiths’ Hall as a pendant maker.
The last reference found for him was an entry in the Land Tax assessment book for 1817 at Fountain Tenements, Silver Street. A new tenant was assessed on the property in 1818.
