Came across this silver bar, have no idea about which country or the mint is it from and is that a lobster at the back? Any information would be appreciate, thanks

I know this has been awhile but I am still searching for answer, the eagle looks very similar to the one on the Albanian flag but nothing shows up when I type in KSB. Again any information would be greatly appreciate.

Hi there, I came across this post online. Its 2025 now I have a ring that expands to a bracelet.
