Hello! I've been learning a lot about identifying jewelry after inheriting some from my 102 year old great aunt b. 1912 in New York City of Italian heritage.
I have a 3/4 inch sterling silver teardrop shaped locket from her I'd love to know more about. You can see the makers hand in the surface etching and solder points.
Marked STG within the bottom of a sans serif B. I'm guessing it dates from the 1930-40 from what I've read on the sterling marks and her timeline. But it lay have been from earlier.
Any information about the maker would be great, I'm interested in the history of these pieces.

Thanks!
